This past week, we saw new all-time highs for both the Nasdaq and the S&P 500. We also saw new all-time highs for the most important risk-on sectors such as Industrials, Technology, and Communications, with Financials not too far behind. We EVEN went as far as seeing new all-time highs for critical risk-on ratios such as High Beta vs. Low Volatility, and Equal Weight Technology vs. Equal Weight Consumer Staples. What’s left to join the party? Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptos!

Bitcoin Dominance

Bitcoin is the king, and the Bitcoin dominance chart suggests this trend could continue. This is only logical in my opinion as Bitcoin is the best performing asset of all time. Why wouldn’t it continue its leadership relative to its peers?

The Big Three Ex-Bitcoin

These are the most important cryptos outside of Bitcoin. IF we start to see Bitcoin dominance start to stall, I expect the reason to be because of money flowing into these three.

Meme Coins

Meme coins are hilarious in the fact that many of them have bigger market caps than companies with actual earnings. Whatever has the dumbest name, is likely to go the highest. Heres a composite of some of the most known meme coins and how they look relative to Bitcoin. If meme coins are going to bounce on a relative basis, it has to be right here right now.

Total Crypto Market Cap

Here’s how I see the total crypto market cap ($TOTAL), ex-Bitcoin ($TOTAL2), and ex-Bitcoin & Ethereum ($TOTAL3). $TOTAL2 looks the worst if I had to pick one, due to the massive underperformance from Ethereum.

Conclusion

Cryptos are one of the last pieces to the all-time high puzzle. I expect new highs to come for this asset class with Bitcoin leading the way.
